How to request account deletion

Send an email to privacy@playduelly.com using the email address associated with your Duelly account, if possible.

Please include:

• Your Duelly account email address.
• Your username or display name, if available.
• A clear request to delete your Duelly account.

What will be deleted

When we process an account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal account information associated with the account where reasonably possible, including profile information such as display name, biography, avatar and account-related identifiers.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained when necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, abuse prevention or preserving fair competitive records. For example, some gameplay, ranking, moderation, operational or security records may be retained in anonymized or limited form where needed to protect the integrity of Duelly.

Request deletion of specific data without deleting your account

You may also request deletion or review of specific personal data without deleting your entire account by contacting privacy@playduelly.com.
